A few years ago I bought an upright bass & a few weeks later RR asked me to be a bass player for a gig.  Everything I know about being a bassist? The band taught me.

Blake Gowan's been playing drums for, most of his memory. Born under the black knight of Mt Hollywood High, he remembers coming out to see RR & his band the 90's sensation The Huge Members, while layin some of his own grooves to local beat & jamlike favorite, Starving Hand, whom he rocked it hard & heavy for a few years before crashing into a Luv Machine. Blake is also a regular in the blues band rotation of the greater Rutland area, & you can occasionally see him tearin it up with some of the other local musical flavors, also, he occasionally offers hip grinding dance lessons.
